Not only am I a business who operates in Springfield and Oakbank but I also live here. The development of the community and the municipality is something that means a lot to me. Whenever possible I like to do what I can to help the progress.

As part of the fundraising committee I’m one member of a volunteer team who has committed to raising $4,000,000 of the $20,000,000 needed to build a much needed community center in our RM.

Not only do I volunteer my time but I also donate a portion of the commission from every listing that I bring to market in Springfield and I plan to continue to do this until the facility doors are open to the public.

Client First: When I choose to work with a client, no matter if it’s a buyer or a seller, one thing is always the same; everything I do is client first. That means that your needs are the most important. All decisions made are based purely around your needs and goals from the real estate transaction. My Energy is Light & Fun:. I enjoy getting to know new people. You can expect to laugh and have a pleasant time with me. Sharing my extensive knowledge on home construction, maintenance and equity development is something I truly enjoy.

As a buyer going on a showing with me is educational, and relaxed. My goal is to make you feel like you’re shopping with a friend, a friend who has your back in the largest purchase you will likely ever make. I’ll be the first to point out all the great things about the home, but also any potential concerns you should watch out for.

On the listing side of things, the energy is the same. I enjoy what I do and I make sure that shines through in my work. I take the utmost pride in my listings and showcase them as if they were my own home. I have yet to find another Realtor in Winnipeg who presents a home to the market the way I do. I invest heavily in video production, social media & digital marketing. Your home will get a true VIP treatment when it is listed with me.

Data Driven: While my gut instincts are eerily accurate, the vast majority of the decisions we make will be data driven. This approach removes emotional roadblocks and provides accurate and efficient strategies. With so much information available at my fingertips I choose to use it to our full advantage. This complex market becomes a lot clearer and easier to navigate when you can cut through the noise and see the pure facts.

When selling your home, you will always know the latest news and be up to date with our transaction. Feedback from other agents who show your home, any negotiations and constant market updates are just part of my daily processes.
As a buyer, recent sales in our neighborhoods of interest, off market properties and the latest in market changes will be communicated to you quickly.

I’m always a call or text away and I deal with all of my clients directly. You’ll never get an assistant or junior agent.

Typically I specialize in helping those looking to buy and sell in the smaller, rural communities just outside of the Winnipeg perimeter.
However, I do spend a lot of time working inside the city limits as most often those selling the smaller communities end up purchasing in the city & vice-versa.
