I asked my broker, has anyone ever done a video tour of vacant land? He kind of laughed at me. He told me, most agents barely take photos of vacant land. When I took this listing I wanted to capture just how beautiful this location was. Mission accomplished.
An old mentor of mine once said to me “You don’t need to reinvent the wheel to sell tires. You just need to sell good tires”. The marketing for this listing wasn’t anything that hadn’t been done before, we just did it all really well.

When I list your home part, of the marketing is a hosted video tour. A lot of people don’t really understand what that is so we thought we would show you. This video helped sell this amazing home 6X faster than the neighbourhood average days on market!!
In this day and age we have a higher demand for virtual tours than ever before. This type of tour allows us to bring potential buyers into your home so that our open houses and showings are even more effective. Our buyers have already seen the your home, when they book a showing they’re just confirming the details of the offer they’re going to write.
Choosing the right realtor
This is something so many people don’t take seriously. So many people choose to hire the realtor they know, even if the agent doesn’t specialize in what they’re looking for.
That’s like hiring a semi truck mechanic to work on your Harley Davidson. Make sure you’re hiring the right realtor for what you need.
