Municipal water can be accessed at Lido Plage road. As per the RM of Cartier it costs aprox $12,000 to connect to the line. This includes 100 meters of push into the property. Additional costs may be required depending on the exact location of your build site.

WHERE DOES THE ROAD GO AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The road/driveway location is at the most south west point of the property (see image at the bottom of the page). The sellers have included a 66ft wide strip of land connecting to Lido Plage which is municipal road width. As per RM should you build two or more properties here they will plow it if it meets municipal width.
A simple gravel road will bring with it a required investment of $7,000 or more depending on what you want to build. There are no requirements or minimum standards for the road.

SEWER?
There is no municipal sewer in the area, any property built here will require a septic tank and/or field.
